How will I receive my ebooks?

Upon purchase, a link to download your digital content will be sent to your email address via our delivery partner, BookFunnel.

Once you complete your purchase, you will have fourteen (14) days to download your digital content. After that, if you have not yet downloaded your purchase, you will need to contact BookFunnel's tech support team at to access your file(s). 

Please note: returns and/or refunds are not available for digital content purchases.

How does shipping work?

Paperback and hardcover editions will be shipped within 5-7 business days of your order. The actual delivery times will vary depending upon carrier schedules and what option you select during checkout. 

Can I get my book personalized? 

Yes! Paperback and hardcover editions can be personalized if you wish. Upon purchase, please email right away with the personalization you would like. 

Please note: once orders have been packed for shipping, personalization is no longer possible, so please email immediately with your personalization request. Delays may result in your personalization request not being fulfilled. 

Personalized items are not eligible for refund or return. 

What if I run into trouble with my order? 

Issues with digital order delivery and use are handled by our distribution partner, BookFunnel. If you have trouble getting your ebook/digital content onto your device or have any questions about how to access your file, the helpful folks at BookFunnel will be happy to assist you. Simply email and they'll take care of you.
