How does shipping work?

Paperback and hardcover editions will be shipped within 5-7 business days of your order. The actual delivery times will vary depending upon carrier schedules and what option you select during checkout. Merch orders will be shipped via our printing partners, and fulfillment times will vary depending upon the product ordered and the carrier schedule. 

What about merch? 

Merchandise orders (eg. candles, t-shirts, mugs, etc.) are handled via our printing partner, Printify. Orders ship from Printify to you; Skye Malone is not involved in that shipping or production process. However, if you have any trouble with an order, please feel free to reach out to Skye Malone via our contact page. Our team will do everything we can to assist you with any questions or concerns you may have. 

What if I run into trouble with my order? 

Issues with digital order delivery and use are handled by our distribution partner, BookFunnel. If you have trouble getting your ebook/digital content onto your device or have any questions about how to access your file, the helpful folks at BookFunnel will be happy to assist you. Simply email help@bookfunnel.com and they'll take care of you.

Accepted Payment Methods

We accept payments via credit/debit cards, PayPal, Google Pay, Apple Pay, and depending on your location, we also accept Klarna/AfterPay and local payment methods. 

International Orders

International orders may be subject to import taxes, duties, and other customs charges. The charges vary by country, and at this time, we are unable to calculate them in advance. For more information regarding your country’s customs policies, please contact your local customs office. If such a fee indeed gets imposed on your package, you are responsible for its payment.
